MEDITERRANEAN SOS Network focuses on issues related to the sustainable management of water resources and water conservation, the protection of the coastline and the sea, the sustainable management of coastal areas, the energy saving and the global climate, the waste management, the biodiversity conservation. At the same time, it consistently invests in environmental education and promoting participation procedures through which civil society takes an active role in the management of natural resources and in shaping respective policies.
